Billy's House.
Yes this is a house. It was built in the 1800s for someone to watch the tides to the entrance to Workington harbour. In the 1920s the Prince of Wales Dock at Workington was starting to be built. Billy's house still stands, but no longer used.
Another wet day in West Cumbria as you can see. At least there is more definition in the sky. The tide is coming in and it is windy. Nothing new there.
You can see the dock entrance on the left and the entrance to the harbour is behind Billy's house and that is tidal.
