Late night shopping

A hasty blip as l picked up a John Lewis parcel from my local Waitrose, and  a tub of their new mango and passion fruit ice cream.
Quite a sporty day despite the rain, again. The Rouken Glen run was good, rather faster than I would have done on my own, which is the whole point of running with others.
As ever exercise has suppressed my appetite so the ice cream is as yet untested.
