Mirror Image.....

Mirror images in more way than one.... Houses only just 3 years old:

1 x shower in ensuite is U/S - leaking because of failed grout!
1 x boiler leaking somewhere and bringing down hallway ceiling

Taylor-Wimpey customer care = not interested as it is outside of the 2 year warranty period! GRRrrrrrr :-(

Surely boiler systems shouldn't sprout leaks after 3 years?

Next-door has similar problems!!!
