Lurker

You know you're in an art school when you go into the bog to find some woman sitting on the floor painting an Arab on the wall. For her degree show apparently. Frankly she deserves the degree just for being willing to sit on the bog floor.

School was fun. Although I was only supposed to have had ideas and maybe some rough sketches I'd actually finished the work - an illustration to accompany a newspaper article found on the web by searching for a couple of randomly selected words. An fun exercise that had me drawing loads of little houses, a church, a museum type of thing and some wind turbines. And then had an good chat with Astrid about how to make it better. That was useful. Usually it's all about getting it half-finished. But you'll not see it here. Sorry. I'll come back and post a link to elsewhere later.
