Drenched Peony

Most of the morning has been drizzly but not cold.  I still had more planting to do so donned my raincoat and got them in without getting too wet. It took much longer than anticipated.  Doug was busy tidying up our old BBQ in readiness for the Christmas holidays when family are here.  And that took longer than anticipated too.

Lunch wasn't until 1.30pm.

This is another peony that is flowering at the moment, and looking magnificent.

Weekend again....I've got a job sorting back through my photos of our neighbour and his farm.  His daughter messaged me from Auckland asking for photos which she had seen on Facebook, she is making a photo book for him.  A lot of my “homescape” blip photos look out across his farm.
