Asda are not particularly known for their tolerance of people who wish to park bicycles at their shops and did exactly this thing at the Jewel branch a year or two ago, though I think the offending blockage was a camping equipment display rather than a load of manky flowers. If I'd been thinking properly I'd have just wheeled the bike through the shop so that I could explain why I was doing so to anyone questioning me, though there'll be plenty of time for a repeat visit at a better time of day.
