River Tyne

Another day at work.  It’s feeling like a long week already.  I did manage three walks today though.  My usual pre-work walk, and a walk this evening around the block in the dark.  At lunchtime I had to pop down to the GP surgery to pick up my “fit note”.  The first time in my life I have ever had a sick/fit note. 
 
This evening I watched the last episode of Bad Sisters.  I’ve enjoyed it.
 
It was frosty this morning, though had mostly gone by the time I was out for my walk.  There was a mist hanging over the river.
