An expedition to the Polish shop to stock up on some of my favourite staples.
When I was little the only place we could buy Polish food was one little shop at the Polish Centre that opened up after church on Sunday! The que , when you’re a child was never ending!
How thankful am I that now I can get a bus to a miriad of Polish shops!
Everything that is so delicious is stocked, and more!.
When opening the door the smell of caraway bread, poppyseed cake and every sausage on the planet transports me back to those early days.
