Motherwell

I had lunch at the old Motherwell College today with an old friend who still works there. It is built on the site of the Ravenscraig steel works and the iconic two chimneys of the ‘Craig strongly influenced the design of the college building. The blipped sculpture stands outside the main entrance and splendid against the birch trees. Good lunch, excellent company and a visual treat - fine way to spend a couple of hours.
