Read lots of this today

I had a mammogram & went on hospital transport. They were early & I was seen as soon as I arrived so had to wait an hour & 45 minutes for my return. I walked at the hospital which included a slope, got out of the chair easily & used the loo. These are all progress.

Chaotic here - my next door neighbour has shouted & put himself on the floor all day. He has also assailted2 members of staff at least
