STILL MO SNOW

I know it's Flower Friday but flowers are in scarce supply around here these days.....unless you want Snow Flowers, we have those in abundance.

The Locals call this the Otter Pond but there hasn't been an otter there in 100 years.....but there are otters in the Sheboygan Marsh about 6 miles away.

We are looking through a hole in the brush that surrounds a large Spring which is ice free year round.  Lots of tasty watercress grows there which draws local waterfowl year round.

There's good fishing in the main pond but it's hard to get to.  A few stalwart souls launch canoes or rubber rafts through this hole in the brush but the wade through waist deep marl limits the participants.....you really wanna go fishing pretty badly.  The ducks have no issues with it at all.
