My hometown hit hardest by storm (so far)
I did not take this photo. It came from ‘Buffalo’ brother by way of Albuquerque brother, who actually speaks to me. They live in an area referred to as the Southtowns, snowbelt or by its name, Hamburg.
On his front porch, right up to the door, at approximately 1:00 pm ET there was more than 4 feet of snow, and as you can see, it was still pounding down at a rate of 3 inches per hour. He should shovel out that door in case they have to leave…maybe because the roof collapses or something.
At least 24 hours before it lets up according to the forecast. Pictures like this make me want to move back home. I’m only half kidding!
