Thank You Flowers (FF18-2022)

Our neighbours have had their kitchen refurbished, quite a job as it involved taking down an internal wall to include some of the space the original builders had made into a utility room.  At one point they had a delay as the plasterer developed Covid and so all work stopped for a week. 

We loaned them a couple of plug-in hot plates so they would at least have options aside from their microwave - they returned those today with this bright house plant as a thank you.

I'll be making do with diary blips for the next week or so - we're off to Weston Super Mare on Sunday to help Gill's sister with sprucing up their house.  It has been rented out for a for ~3 years and the tenants have left it in a bit of a state.  Sadly - the rental agency never quite got around to taking any photographs, so there is no chance of getting anything back from the deposit!   If there is a good point, the rental agency were taken over by another estate agent who seem to be much more professional in their approach.
