DANGER!!

This is the fermented peppers I started 4 Months ago!! I blended up a small portion and put it in the small Jar for Trey, our “extra” who lives on the coast. He loves really hot hot spicy food… but ohhhhhh…. I only touched my tongue to it and it hurt for over 20 Minutes! And I eat whole jalapeños! :—) I plan to thin some of it down with vinegar for sauce. Maybe that will help calm it down a bit. It is pretty, though.
Jessica picks Josh up from the airport Tuesday evening and they come here. Josh will stay a week and Jess will probably stay through Friday, at least. Trey is coming up. Thursday we place a big day with everybody. The guys who grew up here are coming with their families and Johnnys brother and his children are coming. Sarah and Logan can’t come. Sarah has to work through Wednesday. They all plan to fly down Christmas and with tickets as expensive as they are now, I truly understand!
