Oil Slick Light

Dark clouds overhead with a band of light peeping though (see extra) produced some interesting light on the water today. It was quite windy too, making waves which reflected different parts of the sky. Required timing to get a good mix of dark and light to make a nice pattern.

Extras:
Snow Bound. Opposite, the snow covered roofs stood out under the heavy clouds. Looks as though more snow is on its way.

Water Down. From a different view where the water rippled in the wind distorting the tree reflections.
