The Falling leaves............

A great morning in the gym, not so much about the workout, but about the chat. Des came in to see us, so there was a lot to catch up on. He is better, but has decided to give up work (in Tesco)  . Actually his wife decided, which I think is wrong, as I don't think it's what he really wants, but maybe for the best. He said, I am really going to miss it, and I am sure he will, as Des is very much a people person. He has also cancelled the trip to Hong Kong in January. Big changes in store for Des. This was the scene I saw waiting for J to come and pick me up. The wind was blowing the leaves off the tree, which I tried to capture, but it  doesn't show it very well,  so you will have to take my word for it. Wasn't Strictly  great last night? My favourites are Hamza, Helen and Fleur.
