Absolutely perfect

What a wonderful day I have had with my two girlfriends. It was a belated birthday day out which involved walking from Kippford to Rockcliffe, doing the circular route ( about 4 miles ) and then having lunch in the anchor.  Just perfect.  Hot food, hot coffee, lots of laughs and just relaxing.  

I met up with Mr R and the wildlings at the picnic park after and we walked into town for a cookie and then they walked home. 

I'm going to Bath all the wildlings to warm themm up.

I slept in bed for about a hour last night and then did something to my shoulder.  I feel like I've torn something.  It was a long night and I had to take extra pills through the night and today. I can hardly move it. I'll see what ita like over the next few days. 

But today has been perfect.
