Rain in the night but sun mid-morning until early afternoon:)

This morning had a lie in, breakfast and then K rang and suggested a walk along the seafront if I felt up to it.  He called for me late morning and we went to the nature reserve and then walked along the promenade.  It was lovely to see blue skies and sunshine and I managed to walk a fair way.  It was good seeing all the windsurfers out and lots of people walking.  Extra is a shot of the windsurfers.  Came back here and had a late lunch.
