Legendary

The theme exhibition of Association of Finnish Camera Clubs opening this weekend in Loviisa. I had the pleasure receive the diploma for the best club, plus a diploma for one of my own photos and two other individual photos for other members of our club.

After the opening ceremony there were two very interesting lectures. The photo is of the latter of them. The album shown is one of the most legendary Finnish rock albums, and its cover is perhaps the most legendary cover of all Finnish albums. The man demonstrating it is the man who photographed it, Risto Vuorimies. He was telling tales of the making of many 70's album covers and also their remakes.

In the evening the traditional exhibition weekend dinner, meeting old and new friends from photo clubs from all over the country.
