Stir up Sunday

Shopping this week - no eggs. I had all the other ingredients.

Trip to the supermarket today - only eggs left, organic.

Back home, measured/weighed all ingredients, mixed up, added the fruit that had been soaking in rum - into bowls for steaming.

Keeping a regular eye on the water in the steamer, for the 4 hours required. [Found out our hob times out after a period of time if there’s been no change, and turns itself off!] Managed to cook for the length of time required.
