Rafi was asked to attend to drum up some donations as he was a recipient of some funding for his first running frame ( and he has a positive story to tell).They made a short film about him and he was then asked to go up on the stage and Mo Gilligan who was presenting asked him couple of questions. Nile Rodgers and Chic were performing, also Sign Along with Us. They raised 1.3 million pounds! It was quite a special day
