Eagles’ Nest

I hadn’t been onto the island in quite a while so I took a break during today’s rowing adventure, tied up at the old dock (extra) and wandered down the sandy trails of Shady Island. This huge eagle’s nest is along one of the the trails.  Isn’t it amazing how huge these nests really are?
