The rewards of the journey...

For the timebeing it rests on my mantlepiece in leafy Oxford, but I've no doubt my slightly scratched and battered hip-flask has many more adventures to come.

It was a gift from my lovely friends Alison & Ben, just before I went to volunteer in Rwanda.
