St Enoch Square Christmas Market

When I was going shopping in St Enoch Centre this afternoon I saw the Christmas Market.
There were not the usual amount of Stalls as the space is used up by Fun Fair type of things. A wee Train, Helter Skelter etc.
There is another big Tower that I have no idea what it is for.
