Spice rubbed pork medallions, green beans with crispy shallots, and turnips with sage brown butter.

Everything came out very well. No wine with food as we are having Champagne after to celebrate paying off my student loans. Accompanying our Champagne, we'll be catching up on our World Cup viewing (we watched the US match earlier).
