Frost and inverted cloud.

Cold, but so much better than rain. Update on ankle! Daphne dropped me off at Belford 10.45. I was seen within 10 minute!! Lovely doctor Michael, felt around checked with an app!  Directed to need an Xray. All done within 2 hours! No cracks or breaks torn tendon/ligaments! Slow walk to Alex hotel where Daphne was waiting, we had a coffee and met up with 4 friends who were having lunch. I will have to keep it elevated but keep walking, icing and painkillers. Mind at rest.
