Bugibba

We actually went outside today!

It’s been wet and very wild for the last 2 days, so although it was still windy, we took our chance to have a wander and get some fresh air.

Our first stop was at the Malta Classic car museum. There were some absolute beauties on display, all restored to an impeccable standard.

From there, we walked down the promenade into Bugibba.
I’ve always called it ‘Boo-gee-ba’ but learned today that it’s actually pronounced ‘Budgie-baaaah’ (the last bit is like a sheep).
There wasn’t much to see or do but we appreciate we are here out of season, so we just enjoyed the walk.
Luckily, we were almost back at the hotel before it started to rain.
