St Marys Church, Princes Risborough

I attended a funeral today, as with all funerals it was sad but the lady was 96 and had been ill for quite sometime, a long standing member of the community and my first cousins mother in law (sounds complicated I know!) If there ever is a right time to depart this world I think it was right for her. It was nice afterwards to be able to catch up with relatives I've not seen for ages and a warm and sunny spring day.

The Church has been recently re-ordered and refurbished, it feels very modern and very friendly with a Chapter House built to one side for small functions. I understand the need for updating but some how I never feel very comfortable about it.
