Sunny kitty

I spent most of the morning at the hairdressers and then went for a bit of a walk at Spike Island. It was chilly, but lovely and sunny for most of the day.  Not so many birds about, apart from swans, geese and pigeons, but this cat was skulking about the promenade, so can be my blip for today :)
Late afternoon I took mum to her hospital appointment for the results of her latest scan. After the recent colonoscopy where they found a rather large polyp, she had a full body CT scan to determine how easy it would be to remove. Luckily, it's in an accessible position and can be removed by laparoscopy and not full-on open surgery which is a big relief. Now she just needs to wait for an appointment for it to be done....

Fun to hear about Argentina losing to Saudi Arabia this morning. I dare say it won't be the only shock of the group stages.
