Tomorrow’s lunch

I’m not sure that olives go with salmon, but I cooked two pieces of salmon from frozen when I got home - one for Noo, and one going spare. I found some salad leaves that were reasonable, and a few olives. Better and cheaper than the options on campus!

Thanks to suggestions from my blip friends, I have been finding options to run during the dark days and miserable weather. Today I ran at lunchtime actually 2.30pm which really pleased me! Daylight and sunshine!! I’ve also joined forces with my neighbour, and fellow head torch owner, Sam, to run with me in the evenings. We tend to put the world to rights.
