The Somerset Poppies…
These are 2000 of the 7989 poppies that were made by local school children in 2018 – one to mark each life lost of servicemen from the county of Somerset during World War One.
The remaining 5989 poppies were sold to raise money for SSAFA and the Wells Branch of the Royal British Legion.
