They call me Mellow Yellow

Another bright sunny morning, although the wind is picking up... I spotted this bee on a dandelion that had self-seeded in one of my pots, when I went out to feed the birds this morning. Conveniently, he was still buzzing around and feeding when I came back in, so I quickly grabbed my camera and took this shot. If you look closely, or view large, you will be able to see he is covered in pollen - so even though they are considered weeds the dandelions are obviously supplying our flying insects with lots to feed on at this time of year.
