Celebration

Today was a very special day- husband no 1's 40th birthday. It's been a lovely day. We are in one of our favourite places in the world. We had a relaxing morning, a cooked breakfast followed by birthday cake, then a hill walk that gave us spectacular views of Durness and beyond. Tonight we have been to a fantastic restaurant (Mackays in Durness) where we had a lovely meal. Now we're settled in front of the fire back at the cottage with a bottle of Moet. A top day all round.
