Treat

Not much going on today. Refreshingly dull and an opportunity to catch up on a few things I had let slide over the last week or so.

I even found time to treat myself at lunchtime to pause and watch a little world cup coverage. Saudi Arabia beating Argentina was a particular highlight.

I should have savoured the quiet moment more as this evening, The Youngest had a friend round. This entailed much giggling, illicit chewing of gum (I’m not a fan), a raid on my wardrobe and casual torturing of m’boy. In short, they had a great time.
