Flowing Water

I took the train to Sydney today so knew I had little chance of finding any flowing water for Steveng’s wide challenge..
But I forgot about this little water feature on the walk around to my place :-)

Meanwhile my Surface Pro 4 won’t start. I’ve tried al the tips I can find on the Internet. Why does technology have to be so troublesome?
