I bought myself a new bicycle today! Very ladylike don't you think?

I suffered for 8 months last year with viral arthritis and also a frozen shoulder which I was treated for but is still not right, although the viral arthritis went away lately I have aching joints in my hands as well as my shoulders and elsewhere, anyway this bike will be great as it won't put any strain on my hands and shoulders like the mountain bike used to.

I also got this helmet to complete the look.
