Emergency blip

Busy day. Vacuum and polished, ironed and sorted menu for friends coming on Friday in the morning. Gym and straight to daughters for walk and coffee. Hubby dropped me off and I walked home via M&S, Co op and small Sainsburys and didn’t manage to get what I wanted, puff pastry.
Walk with Hetty and then put leg up for ten minutes before dinner as I think perhaps done a bit too much on knee today.
So quick photo when I realised not taken any, and I need to do second session of knee exercises and have 15 minutes with nice on it.
Also managed to order two Christmas gifts so feel I am making progress.
