Mange

It was quite clear tonight that Freddy has mange. If you look at his shoulder there is a large patch and it has now spread to the other side. I feel quite upset about this honestly and fear this only has one outcome.

He was chased off by Rex who saw him under the lights and flew in to defend his feeding ground whilst Freddy bade a very hasty retreat as Rex is quite a big old dog fox twice his size. 

My feet haven't touched the ground today and there have been torrential downpours which I keep getting caught up in. I need to take a brolly in the car!
