2nd bloom

The veins in my zinnia caught my eye this morning. This is the newer bloom. The older is fading and the veins show up more but I liked the color of this newer bloom. So I had a little photo shoot with it and used my little tripod. It's still not as sharp as I would like. Our living space is pretty wiggly being up above the garage. The littlest movement makes everything shake. But I was happy none the less.
I did lots of baking/cooking prep for tomorrow. We really don't have a huge meal since it's just the two of us but we will have more than enough good stuff :-)
