Signs of Life!

No, not spring yet, but this camellia that I came across at my chiropractor's office has very full buds. There are camellias here that bloom in December, and this is apparently one of them! It's one of the things that I love about living in western Oregon....plants begin to flower even as winter is settling in.

Lots of packing today - trying to get it just about done by the end of the weekend so I'm ready to move!

Tomorrow we've got my son and grandchildren coming for a late afternoon dinner, along with my sister-in-law. Just enough people to have a celebration with, but not too much work!
