Prickly Stalks

... in the flower patch at the edge of the condominium parking lot, illuminated by the sun reflected from a window in one of the condo buildings opposite (perfect timing).  Today's event was a trip to the town dump "Transfer Station", important since it will be closed over the long Thanksgiving weekend, reopening on Monday.
