Wild weather on the way

Quite a lot of distant thunder and this wild sky tonight. However we only got a mild shower of rain but now it’s coming in really heavy
Took my Alzheimer’s friend shopping again. Got The clothing sorted, also the Christmas shopping and her groceries. We both agreed that we had enjoyed being served by some really pleasant and helpful shop assistants which made the day so much nicer I have learnt my lesson and don’t try to do mine at the same time now
Had a friend confide in me tonight a serious health diagnosis. Can’t stop thinking about it. Life has to end sometime but never easy to accept the finality of tough news. Hard finding the right words of comfort.
