...seen on the water this afternoon, as the tide was going out. 

We had the first of the seasonal flood warnings for Langstone and Emsworth harbours this morning with tide levels exceptionally high but in the end it was not too bad. People were out and about by lunch time and this afternoon, abeit keeping the walking brisk!
