Bench

We got soaked in a downpour during our walk this afternoon. My jeans are dripping over the Aga. Once we got back it stopped raining and the sky took on a honey-coloured glow. I wandered round the garden looking at the last of the leaves, and thinking about sitting on this bench in the deep shade during the heat wave last Summer!
