Instruments of Torture

These instruments of torture were installed on the corner of the playing field by Rippingale Parish Council a few years back, and I have avoided them like the plague – until today that is.
 
I stood on a couple of them and was surprised just how easy an exercise it was/is.  I may try riding something on another occasion.
