Leaves & lichen

Woke this morning feeling ropey.  Tired, throat a bit sore.  Managed to take hound for a walk, cook his food and in the afternoon read and have a brief snooze with hound beside. 

Had to cancel chiropractor appointment as didn't want to give them anything.  I think it's just being a bit rundown and tired.  Traffic does wake me up in the early hours bombing down our road.  Also when it eases next door's roof repair takes over.
