You're barred

Still in the process of preparing the house for the visit of our little granddaughter in December. 
Sorting out a cot today I was pondering on the thought that just as a child gets interested in the world around them they find themselves surrounded by bars. They must find things so frustrating. 
But the words of her dad ring in my ears "You can't leave her for 5 seconds or she's off trying to maim herself in new exciting ways". Sorry Taliso ;-)
