Blackness Prison / Castle

We were impressed by our visit today, lots to see in the castle.  Much of it seems to have been used as a prison. It was interesting to see the different levels of 'accommodation ' for the high and low status prisoners.  Some, such as the Archbishop of St Andrews, had servants and their family with them.
