Rose

It was very frosty this morning and the pavement was a little slippery in places when I was out for my early morning walk.  After feeling pretty rubbish all weekend, I felt like something else had lifted today, so feeling like things are improving.  I certainly hope so.  Work was really busy and will continue like this for the rest of the year. 
 
BB came home from school and the first thing he did was remind me that he world cup had started. 
 
I escaped for a quick walk very late afternoon, before the light disappeared and then made up my steps with a walk in the dark after tea.
 
This lovely rose is still blooming in the garden.
