With some of Martin’s oldest friends

These lovely people are Grant & Leica. Grant and Martin were school friends and have been friends since. Martin actually introduced Leica and Grant and they’ve been married about 33 years!

They stayed the night after last nights party. Lovely to have some more time with them.

We went for a walk on the beach at Peregian and then breakfast in the village.  Lovely day indeed.

While we were heading back to the beach, lo and behold, my bosses Kate and David and their children were on the beach. They’d spent a few hours there already. I was able to introduce Martin to them, and Grant and Leica as well.

Rest of the day was spent opening presents we received yesterday and then yard work.

Had a quick practice with Kate as we're on worship this Sunday.

Also a quick chat with GadgetKid who’s been a bit inundated and unwell at the same time :(.
